LOW SEASON

The low season runs from November 1 to March 31. 

During this period, the apartment is rented as standard per month at €650/month excluding cleaning costs with linen service and check-in and check-out.

Included in this rental:

• The use of the apartment

• Access to the central square with 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated, playground and petanque court.

• 12kwh/day is included in the rental price (normal energy consumption for a family of 4).

• Parking spaces are provided for residents that may be used.

Extra cost:

• Cleaning fee with linen service: 80€/rental period

• Check in: €20

• Check out: €20

• Check-in and check-out during night hours (between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.) and on Sundays and public holidays (both Belgian and Spanish) will incur an additional cost of €15.

• Option for a foldable baby cot: 15€/rental period

• Supplement per kWh: €0.50

• A deposit of €250 is required
